HardBeauty, a peer recovery organization in Colorado, turned to us when their Medicaid reimbursement rates were cut in half, asking for options to increase their revenue. Based on recent changes to Medicaid licensure in Colorado, we immediately presented them with three options to increase their revenue. We introduced them to Paragon Behavioral Health Connections, a complimentary nonprofit focused on youth and their families. Over the next two months, we helped them work out billing, marketing, and organizational culture alignment, and less than 75 days after the initial call, HardBeauty was billing a multiple of their prior reimbursement.
HardBeauty’s founder, Racquel Garcia, said about our services:
Most recently, through our collaboration with Paragon, they (Steadman Group) single-handedly saved all of our hospital programs in Denver—programs that were on the brink of closing and would have resulted in half of our staff losing their jobs.”
