Our proven track record includes leading an eighteen-year city-county opioid plan in Wichita-Sedgwick, managing statewide evaluations in Oklahoma, creating public-facing dashboards for multiple Colorado regional opioid abatement councils, helping plan a statewide conference for Kansas’ opioid settlements, and serving as trusted national consultants with the Opioid Response Network.
In addition to facilitation and strategic planning, evaluation is a cornerstone of our work. We design and conduct comprehensive impact assessments across prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery while amplifying community input throughout the process.
