Ceilique Hatcher, MSW, MPH

Behavioral Health Consultant

Ceilique Hatcher obtained a B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Ceilique’s relocation to Denver, Colorado was inspired by her interest in pursuing graduate school. Her alma maters are the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver and Colorado School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Denver. Her academic concentrations include Organizational Leadership & Policy Practice, and Community Behavioral Health.

Ceilique applied her educational experience through previous internships. As a Family Service Intern, she assisted those in the Family Unification Program, Rapid Re-Housing Program, and Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing at The Aurora Housing Authority. Ceilique was introduced to behavioral health initiatives at Centura Health. Through her experience at Centura, Ceilique gained experience in the areas of allyship initiatives, workforce development, and research related to maternal health services as they pertained to behavioral health. With a culmination of academic and professional experience Ceilique was inspired to create her capstone project, “Applying Recovery to Work: Implementing Roles of Lived Experience within the Behavioral Health Workforce”.

Ceilique worked within various administrative roles for 8 years which included non-profit organizations. Within her recent role at WellPower’s Behavioral Health Solutions Center, she provided assistance to clinical triage teams and community resources such as STAR to assist people in need of behavioral health interventions.

Ceilique is eager to work on projects related to behavioral health and social determinants of health (SDoH). She is inspired by the social work value of dignity and worth of a person and the public health value of equity. Ceilique will use these values to champion the mission her team has within The Steadman Group.
